Notary Bonding Tips Section

At the Sucato Agency we process many of these bonds daily and we have noticed a few tips and tricks that can save you time on our notary submission process. They are included below.

1. When purchasing the bond, you may want the effective date to be roughly 15 days out from today's date. This is because of the volume of notary applications that the Arizona secretary os states office receives, they sometimes don't get to the bond in time and then they require a Rider which will take you additonal time to become a notary public.

2. Check your dates, please make sure that no matter what date you decide to use on your Notary bond, check your dates to ensure that the dates also match those on your Notary Public application that you will submit to the Arizona Secretary of States office.

3. Don't forget to check your progress online. We have included the link below to find out the progress of your Notary Application.
