1 Fill out the Notary Application from the Secretary of States web site. We provide a link directly to it by Clicking Here.
*Note Sign application exactly as it will appear on the application and bond.

2. Purchase an Arizona Notary Bond Package from our web site by

*Note Sign bond on the two "principle" lines and make sure that you have those signatures notarized.

3. Send the (Original) State of Arizona Notary Application for Notary Public Commission with your Original Notary Bond and a Check for $43.00 to Arizona Secretary of State

After submission expect to recieve your commission in 2 to 4 weeks from the secretary of states office. Remember that if you have ordered supplies we can NOT ship them to you until recieving a copy of your comission certificate at our office.
